Refund policy

Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the consumer or a third party designated by them takes possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform us

by means of a clear statement via email of their decision to withdraw from this contract.

Consequences of withdrawal

If this contract is withdrawn from, we shall refund all payments we have received from the consumer, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from the choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of the withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment for this refund as was used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until proof has been provided that the goods have been returned.

The consumer must return the goods without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which they notified us of the withdrawal.

The consumer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are clearly personalised or clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.
