General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope of Application
   These GTC apply to all orders placed through our online shop jersify, operated by Reinhold Eberle Platz 395, 6952 Hittisau.
2. Contracting Party
   The purchase agreement is concluded with:

3. Conclusion of Contract
   The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.
   The contract is concluded as soon as the customer completes the order process and the order is confirmed.
4. Prices and Payment
   All prices are final prices in Euro.
   Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the shop.
5. Shipping
   Shipping takes place within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment.
   Delivery times may vary depending on the country.
6. Retention of Title
   The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment.
7. Right of Withdrawal
   Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
   The goods must be returned unworn and in the same condition.
8. Returns
   Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless otherwise stated.
9. Liability
   No liability is assumed for slight negligence, except in case of breach of essential contractual obligations.
10. Jurisdiction
    Austrian law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the company's registered office.
