Delivery Terms
We dispatch orders within 1–3 working days of receiving payment.

Delivery times:

Austria: 2–4 working days
Germany: 3–6 working days
EU-wide: 3–10 working days

Delivery charges:

Austria: €4
Germany: €6
EU-wide: €12

Free delivery on orders over €80.

Returns / Cancellation
Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days without giving a reason.

Conditions:

The item must be in the same condition as when received
unworn and undamaged

The buyer bears the cost of the return, unless otherwise agreed.

Once the return has been received, a refund will be issued within 7 working days.
