Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.
The contract is concluded as soon as the customer completes the ordering process and the order is confirmed.

Prices and Payment
All prices are final prices in euros.
Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the shop.

Shipping
Goods are dispatched within 1–3 working days of receipt of payment.
Delivery times may vary depending on the country.

Retention of title
The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.

Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
The goods must be returned unworn and in the same condition.

Returns
Return costs are borne by the buyer, unless otherwise stated.

Liability
No liability is accepted for slight negligence, except in the event of a breach of material contractual obligations.

Place of jurisdiction
Austrian law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the company’s registered office.
