Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the consumer or a third party designated by them took possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform us

by means of a clear declaration via e-mail about their decision to withdraw from this contract.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If this contract is withdrawn, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from the consumer, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery was chosen), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notification of withdrawal was received by us.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that was used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until proof has been provided that the goods have been returned.

The consumer must return the goods without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which they informed us of the withdrawal.

The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are clearly personalised or clearly tailored to personal needs.
